Advertising Fees: $350.00 the first 6 months. $200 thereafter or until parcel is sold.  $550.00 if you require LVCL photographer/editor for photos and descriptive text.  All fees paid in full before ad is posted.  LVCL will contact you to setup payment arrangements and receive any photos you may already have.
